Employer Loan Participation (ELP) is a socially inclusive banking product developed and operated by Sofri to provide employees of structured corporations with short-term loans.

The scheme is to empowered employees of a company or organisation by providing loans through the Human Capital Department for emergencies, assets financing or business support at discounted rate and also a saving investment with best yield from 6% to 20%
