I am Susan Nwatarali, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of the National Service programme at Links Microfinance Bank, a subsidiary of DLM Capital Group. My experience in the finance department has been nothing short of wonderful.
I am extremely grateful for the guidance and support provided by my line manager, Osarugue Omo-Idehen. Her patience and understanding have helped me develop valuable skills, such as mastering the art of reconciling accounts, sending entries, assisting in preparing withholding tax, and any other task assigned to me.
The open work environment at DLM Capital Group has also played a significant role in my growth. It provides a platform for continuous learning and allows for constructive feedback, enabling me to learn from my mistakes.
I would also like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Barnabas Okwudibe for the opportunity to work in such a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
Overall, my national service experience at DLM Capital Group has been wonderful and helpful. I have gained practical skills, expanded my knowledge, and developed professionally. I am confident that the internship programme will continue to be successful in nurturing future talents.
