To be eligible you need the following items 

• A valid bank account 
• A bank verification number (BVN) 
• Valid means of identification such as a Voter's card, National ID Card, Driver's License, or an International Passport. 
• A recent utility bill 
• Your commercial bank account statement 
• CAC document for registered business 

Once all this is done, the SofriPay team will review the application. We may approve or decline the request if the above requirements are not met or approved. 

Getting the SofriPay POS is quite easy here is all you have to do 

• Apply for the SofriPay POS using our website or from the app 
• Once your request gets approved you will be prompted to create a merchant account 
• A valid form of identification and a BVN is needed for onboarding 
• POS device will be sent after 48 Hours 

Our POS device costs NGN15,000. 

We charge as little as 0.6% for each transaction.
